Staff behaviour was good

The first day, the elevator was not working. We had to go 5 Floors by stairs. Also because the doors of the stairs were kept open, the bad smell from smoking floor came into the stairs. We have problem with scents of smokers. THis was a big issues. Because the microwave is only at the 1st Floor, we had to come to the 1F by stairs to heat up our foods.

Short walk from JR station, friendly staff. Room was very small, but ok for two. Bed was comfortable, shower hot and strong. Japanese breakfast buffet was good, staff pleasant.

If you don't care about being in the smoker's hotel, it's actually good despite being a bit old. If we didn't care about non-smoking, then I would give it 8 stars instead of 4.

Even non-smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms. All the hotel, including the lobby, the elevator, and the corridors, have cigarette smoke odor. Was not good for us since we have small kids and really didn't want to stay in a smoker's hotel.

It was convenient area, not far away from the station.

Bathroom’s smell is not so great. Moldy smell.

It’s located very close to Takaoka Station, a karaoke shop, and several restaurants (including one that is open 24-hours). The staff are excellent! They were unfailingly friendly and helpful. I missed last train coming back to the hotel and arrived to check in at 4am (6 hours before checkout time). However, staff were very accommodating and helped me check in with a smile.

It’s a little old, but they keep it clean.

no comb , and the bidet didnt work good

stayed at room number 403, water flow sound was distributed my sleep, room not sound proof. i didn’t sleep well.

the location is good because its near at the station . the room is very clean very cheap and very convinient theres a laundry , microwave etc. absolutely recommended hotel for me , not just because the good and cleanliness room smile hotel have a good prize .. recommended ??????

the only one i didnt like in our room is in the shower area because of the faucet ?. i dont know, even in we trying to close the faucet the water did not stop leaking and this is not Good .. the last time we stay 2 months ago same room same problem .. but the rest no problem..

Shampoo,Conditioner,Body soap… no mineral water..

Has a standard set, as exist in every hotel :) maybe one thing that made me feel a bit happier, is that they have a microwave ... though, it's a shared one, on the ground floor behinв the reception. So it's very difficult to see it and to get to know that the hotel actually has a chance to warm the food if you buy a ready one in combini.

Nothing bad was found. Though, I think the price is too high for this standard hotel. Their price is like over the APA Hotel price, so if price could be lower in there, the final impression would be much better ^^

The room size was nice and beds were comfy. Staff were also super friendly and nice!

The lift smelled heavily of cigarettes and the non smoking room smelt not amazing, but not of tobacco at least.
